If you’ve been looking for extensions for your hair You’ve likely come across some hair-related terms which are specific for hair extensions.

One question I am often in Instagram by Instagram account @laviniawigs Instagram account is: “What are Double Drawn extensions?”

I’d like to briefly describe the difference between single and double Drawn hair.

Single drawn hair is when extensions have multiple lengths of hair that are mixed into the extensions, which results of hair most dense at the top, tapering in the middle, and becomes thinner at the ends. Double drawn hair is comprised of hair that is of identical in length. Hair is dense and full from top to bottom.

You can observe in the image above, even when using just one weft those with double-drawn ends will be stronger.

The majority of hair extensions firms offer single-drawn hair. One drawn hair can be extremely inexpensive to create, since the companies combine longer hair and shorter hair. It is possible for a company to declare that the extensions they sell are 20 inches long but only 30% the hair strands are 20 inches long. The remainder of the hair is five to 16 inches in length. This is why certain extensions appear thin at the ends. You pay $20″ to more than that, and you are actually getting only just 1/3 the length. I’m honest, this makes me excited, as I believe that these hair manufacturers have been ripping off their customers. What the scenario where you received only 1/3 of the other purchases? Then you’d (rightfully) be irritated.

Single drawn hair is difficult to blend, especially shorter and mid length hair. Extensions provide a great deal of thickness to your scalp but they appear very sparse on the ends, making the appearance less natural. The majority of people cut 5 to 6 inches off their ends in order to blend more seamlessly, which results in more tinier extensions than they bought.

Double-drawn hair is more costly to make, but it is worth the cost, according to me. All hair is the same length, meaning you will get full, thick hair from the roots to the ends. You will get the exact length you’re paying for when you purchase the double Drawn hair.

Double drawn hair is a perfect match with all lengths of hair, including shorter hair. Because it’s thick from the top to the end that even women with long chins hair can put on double drawn extensions, and make it look as if they have hair.

The majority of @laviniawigs extensions are drawn double.

When I first began using extensions, I couldn’t determine why certain sets were so thin at the ends, and difficult to blend in with my hair as it is. I hope this article will answer the same question for you.

You can see how easy it is to mix laviniawigs extensions into an LOB cut that is mid-length? The hair’s thick ends make all the difference in hair appearing natural. I am very happy to be the first US hair brand that only sells double-drawn Clip-in extensions for humans!
